Exchange Policy

– 7 days exchange from the date of delivery. Reverse pickup service available without any additional cost only if your pincode is serviceable.

– Pickup will only be attempted twice.

– For COD orders, coupon will be provided on your registered email address and will be shown on your 4400bc account.

– Please provide the product in same condition as it was shipped or exchange would not be provided.

– In case of exchange, shipping charge will be deducted. Shipping charges are non refundable.

– Cancellation is only possible until the product is dispatched from our warehouse.

– Once a product is exchanged and delivered, no further action such as exchange would be applicable to that order.

– Items purchased during a sale or special promotion will not be eligible for exchange.

Self Shipping For Exchange

– In case pincode is not available for reverse pickup, you’ll have to courier to – 7062/6, 2nd floor, Rameshwari Nehru Nagar, Karol Bagh, New Delhi – 110 005

– Make sure packaging is done properly to avoid any loss or damage during transit and the order ID and registered mobile number is mentioned on the courier.
